FM transmitter and bluetooth dual

I have an old Stereo system which has no input port just an output headphone port. I know I need an FM Transmitter device to transmit to this FM system. However I also want a Bluetooth transmitter/receiver. Is there a single device that will serve both the purposes or do I need to buy separate devices.
