Getting the Best Audio signal

I have mapped out my audio system and i am using a lot of audio splitters. i need help on what i can do to get the best audio signal to my headphones and other devices

use your headphone directly from the source.
same goes with other devices .... as long as "best" is concerned, otherwise what you have is a setup made for your convenience only, not for the best results.
"convenience" with "Best" to go hand in hand , has to be a simple straight chain.
 
Sbg is right. For the best audio from any source the shortest path is the sweetest especially for analog signals. However for convenience you can use a DAC as splitter with USB from pc, optical in second source and coaxial digital in from third source. This way the quality will be at par or even better than the analog out from the souce depending on your DAC.
