Please suggest a good DAC in a budget of 50-60k for my stereo setup..

Cambridge audio Azur 851A and Marantz UD7007 with Tannoy XT8F ..
I need to attach a Network player with this setup...

Try the Quad Vena 47 k approx
Its got a built in dac and also a bluetooth integrated amp with decent inputs for RCA , UsB and 2 aux
I love its sound!!

Not very conversant with networking but another router at the UD7007 connected in bridge mode might work.

My 2nd router is connected in repeater mode and it works perfectly. In case op is planning for this, please allow main router to assign IPs. The secondary router's DHCP should be disabled. SSID, password and channel should be same for both the routers.

If still in lookout consider NAD M51 from their Masters Series. I have owned good things about Schiit Loki also but no personal experience.

If you don’t mind a pre-owned one you may want to checkout this thread

I already bought and using Audiolab Mdac Plus and i am very happy and satisfied with its sound quality.
