Good DAC + Tube AMP for PC

Hello guys,

I have a HRT Music Streamer II which is plugged to my PC and the amp is a FiiO E9. I was looking to upgrade both of them.

Is there any good tube amp + DAC combo that you guys suggest?

Budget - 500 - 600$ in the US (could have someone pick it up for me)
Budget - 35000 INR if in India.

Any names/brands/suggestions?
