Hi, I've Panasonic led 50" TV. to improve sound for watching movie and listening music want to add sound bar. Appreciate some suggestion from you guys. Interested 5.1 sound bar with wireless sub. Mid range pricing.(20k).Room size big.

You can also look for a good used home theatre set with 5.1 speakers by stretching your budget a bit. You will get far more superior experience than a soundbar if you go with proper entry level HT.

What's your room size and layout of the TV and seating?
Soundbars work on reflection of sound off side and back walls. And, now, even the ceiling.
They work well in smallish rectangular rooms.

OT. A mariner with a 20k budget o_O (No offence)

You may consider Polk MagniFiMax SR sound bar, it comes with better wireless subwoofer and 2 wireless surround speakers.
You don't have to do cabling for surrounds. Will get better surround effects than reflected/simulated surrounds.
Price is higher than simple soundbar
