HD Access Fee now for Videocon D2H also?

I was browsing through another forum and found that D2H has also started HD access fee like TS.

So how does the cost-value comparison between D2H and TS come to now?

I think the VFM factor has slightly come down, but still in terms of sheer number of channels compared to Airtel or TS for the money, D2H has upper hand.
I don't understand how can we get HD english movie channels in the current package structure. If I go for south silver pack, i see only 2 HD access options - south HD and south premium HD access. Both does not have any movie channels. Can someone please advise?
