I don't think you will get 7.1 HTIB in 30K. You can buy onkyo 508 AVR which is 7.1. The MRP is 28K and so should be available for less than 25K as it is 2010 model. If you want tower speaker systems, then it is better to buy avr and speakers separate rather than HTIB.
