It's a relatively new standard. May take a while to be available on shelf locally. Have you checked the usual suspects? If not available locally you can always get it from alibaba.com It takes a bit of time to arrive but you get what you want.
Out of curiosity, what equipment do you intend to use it with? Have you tried version 1.4 cable? They should most likely work. You shouldn't necessarily get hung up of the cable version. Old version cable will most likely work just fine. Give it a shot.

On Amazon.in, hdmi 2.0 cable available at Rs.449 from Bluerigger available in 2/3/30 meters etc.
But for 2.0A , as mentioned above Aliexpress or Amazon.com or Ebay
