hello everybody ,friends i am a medicine intern ,i wanted to buy a good headphone nd an amplifier.
my budget 10,000.
my player cowon s9.
will senheiser hd555+fiio e5 work?
fiio e5/ fiioe7 or something else or no ny amplifier at all
waiting 4 ur xpert views.

The combo you are considering seems ok.
You can also consider a closed headphone like ATH- M50 if you stay at a hostel & don't want the sound to leak out.

Yep and they are foldable too, afaik. The e5 is not really gonna do wonders here as an amp though.

Would highly recommend Little Dot amps (get off of ebay from Alex ) over Fiio for the 555. Very portable and extremely good in enhancing sound quality and reasonably priced.

E5 won't do much. I don't have much idea about E7. But, some people on head-fi complain about lack of output power with E7. Probably, a E7 + E9 combo might work out better for headphones.
