Hi, my I am looking to find the best sounding headphones (out of box, without amp) under 10K. I mostly listen pop, rock and edm!

If you want the best-sounding headphones under 10K that work out of the box for pop, rock, and EDM, go for the Audio-Technica ATH-M40x, Sony MDR-XB650BT, JBL Tune 760NC, Sennheiser HD 450SE, or Marshall Major IV. They all deliver excellent sound without needing an amp.

The Marshall Major IV has more linear-sounding headphones; they are very clean, but their bass response is not great, so you don't enjoy pop or rock. This is my personal opinion. I guess you are looking for wired headphones; then go with Audio-Technica; they sound very good. But if you want ANC, maybe Sennheiser or JBL.

If you are ok with neutral sound, senn hd560s is currently at 9.99K. Lowest i have seen by some margin.
