Hi all,
I am on the verge of buying an AC for my rental house. In a year or so, I will move back to my own home and will use this AC for my listening room. So, low noise is preferred. Also, I sweat a lot, and powerful ac is my choice. I also have a Hitachi 'ace follow me' for like 15 years now, and it is doing its job well.
So, I am torn between two models now, and they are General ASGG12CGTB and Mitsubishi heavy industries SRK13YXS - W6.
The Mitsubishi Heavy has the highest cooling capacity (3810W vs 3520W at 100% capacity), and O General has slightly less power consumption (37 watts less than Mitsubishi at 50% load.)
At the lowest fan settings, Mitsubishi is 19 dBA, whereas the general is 20 dBA. Both have similar ISEER ratings and are rated 5 stars.
Is there any reliability difference between both?
