Help Needed - Home theatre buyng

Hi folks,
I am planning buy a good home theatre system in the range of 25-35k.
Couple models I have seen in onkyo HTS3300 & (txsr307+sksht728).
my friend suggest me to have look on denon and Yamaha.
I am bit confused and also first time buyer, please advise me on the model and Brand. your help n this regard is highly appreicable.

Se onkyo are very handy( Keeping your budget in our mind ) if you are going for a TV based home theater ( i.e HT using TV ) and if you are looking solution for dedicated home theater ( i.e HT with projector & screen )then you can go with denon and Yamaha.
