Help needed: Paradigm speaker woofer recoiling

Hi guys,

Could you please help me locating a mechanic for woofer recoiling in Delhi NCR region. I have paradigm 9 and both speaker's woofer are making crackling sound when low frequencies are being played. Talked to their authorized dealer and he asked me to get the recoiling done.

Would really appreciate any help.
