hissing sound from soundbar!

hi i have a samsung 40 inch smart 3d tv and just bought a soundbar of samsung itself , model is HW-F450

i got 2 problems , 1 is when playing from tv usb any movie , a very tiny but hearable whistle sound coming from soundbar itself , i have videocon HD settop box but when laying any movie on channels this sound is very negligible ,almost nil , but when playing movie through usb pen drive via tv usb , its very much not good and very hearable , why is that ?

also when there is any silence gaps in the movies ,even in videocon HD channels , there is a big sound of "nothing" in silent scenes is also there , via speakers and via subwoofer also , this is very annoying too , kindly help in these 2 matters

i have connected the tv and soundbar via bluetotth only as both (tv and sounbar ) have inbulit bluetooth soundshare technology , should i try with HDMI cable with arc function? i havent bought it yet , which one should i buy ? i am a noob sir ;-)

yes absolutely , it has hdmi input and output both

Then try it. The hissing may be due to interface from blue-tooth signal. Does this hdmi support ARC?

my tv supports ARC(1 hdmi is ARC COMPATIBLE)

SOUNDBAR IS ALSO ARC COMPATIBLE

for that i also have to buy HDMI cable with ARC pins, any suggestion , in good quality but reasonable price??

Belkin, profilink etc. have good hdmi cables. Look for high speed hdmi cable.

Ok here is a new problem

I have belkin hdmi cable connected from tv to soundbar, in some movies when played via my Samsung TV USB from pen drive, there is gaps in sound of the movie, like sound comes and goes repeatedly, and I noticed that it happens on Dolby sound option when it's selected in tv sound setting

But if I change TV sound setting to pcm (from my Samsung TV menu) the sound gaps problem is solved

What's causing this, anybody?

Can it be hdmi cable?
