That's a low budget. Very difficult to get one. At the minimum you can go for Logitech Z906 retails apprx 19-20K. Or you can increase your budget and then go for HTIB viz, Denon, Yamaha, Onkyo in price range 25k-33k apprx.

What abt few HT offered by Philips, Sony. Are they not good?

My requirement is to watch movies, listen to songs and not many inputs like Gaming console etc.
