In my condo I asked around if people are using a UPS or voltage stabilizer for their av equipment and the answer seemed to be No. Some condos have decent voltage stabilization centrally done perhaps....

For voltage fluctuations, vertex servo stabilizer is enough, use ups only for power backup.

in case of power failure, it takes 30sec before DG backup kikes in my apartment.
can servo stabilizer provide power in that 30 sec ? or will it switch off everything connected to it ?

It will switch off everything and restart once power is back. For backup, UPS is required
