pl.indicate the best settins in onkyo HTS 3100 system.

Not sure what do u mean by the settings,u mean the hardware and the speaker settings?
Any way here u go. The following is the settings i prefer.
Speaker level. Left/Right-0db,Center-5db,Surround right and left-5db.
Subwoofer crossover-120hz (i guess)
Treble-4db.
Cinema filter-ON
OR-EQ-ON
Connected via Coax.
