How to build edgeless projection screen using plywood for less than 6000Rupees

I have did lots of googling and research before concluding to goahead with this project.

Should I go for edgeless?
I love edgeless screens for the looks and impact that it gives. The myth around having black border is not true. What I suggest is you only need black border if your background in not black. Yes, its as simple as that.

Should I buy blackout cloth or paint?
I had to finally go for paint option because it was difficult to source that in my place. I got projection paint from amazon and painted my self. total material cost was 4000rs, Labour 1700rs.

Materials:
Water proof plywood
6mm thickness 7*4 inches size : 3 numbers(actual screen)
19mm plywood board for border frame
Silk touch projection paint: 1 liter

Project:
I decided to make 130" diagonal screen. I took the required measurement for height and width from here

I added half inch extra measurement for adding LED backlight. I made the screen joining 3 plywood planks with help of local carpenter.

Then we added hook for wall mount

Post the wood work was complete. I started painting myself.
I started with applying putty and then primer and finally the projection screen paint(4 coats) to get finishing. I added grey tint to the projection paint to get more contrast.

I am pretty impressed with the final finish and clarity that I get now.
I am using benq1070 for projection.

I was thinking about blackout cloths for the same. But looking at this, I'm giving it a serious consideration.

In diy screen threads, I found some paint recommendations, but unfortunately those shades are not available with Asian paints.

Considering 3 part metallic pearl+1 part flat gray as well.

I need the screen to be a bit darker than this shade, just for enhanced contrast.

LED light is not light sensitive. Its multicolor IR based remote control.

I didnt go for asian paints. Dont go for metallic colors it might reflect too much light. I got paint from amazon which had special paint made for this purpose. Link is available as well.

I dont recommend dark grey because you might miss whites in that case. I use benq 1070. Dark grey may be more suited for optoma whcih has more lumens

Also, metallic colors may not give smooth finish and shades will differ as well.

Actually the pj I've ordered has 2500 lumens. So a bit darker shade might be fine with me.

Id like to request you to post few more closeup images of the screen colour shade so that I can get a fair idea.

If not familiar with paint , engage professional painter as it eequired smooth finish. Putty finish is also equally important.. you need to use sand papper to smooth out after puut dry.

Front wall size is 11feet width and 9 feet height. For which I thought I can go up to 130" diagonal screen

For 130" screen you will need 113" width and 63" tall plywood that will not be available in market. Max size you will get is 8"*4". I calculated how much peices I will need. I decided to go for 7"*4" size of 3 boards becaus 8"*4" will be too much wastage.
If you notice in the below imAge you can notice the middle frame support for the center piece.

For getting grey shade I took 100ml of paint and mixed 30ml water and added 1 or 2 table spoon of matt black royal asian paint to it .
