There is this piece I'm immensely fond of that has a recording defect starting at 6mins into the track. I know its not the CD because the online version has the same issue. Basically it sounds like a tape spool came off and was flapping during an unattended recording session. Dunno what the real cause is.
I want to clean this track and reburn it as I find this piece priceless gem to be treasured for a lifetime!
I can send a 20sec wav excerpt of 4mb s if anyone is inclined to test his audio processing skiils so you can experiment and advice me.
I tried glitch & Pop removal in EAC to no effect.
