How to do in-wall speakers in Indian conditions

I understand the wall construction in foreign countries is cardboard /wooden hollow walls so suitable for in-wall speakers.

how it implements in Indian houses where most walls are bricks or concrete blocks.

would be interested if any solution as space is always issue here.

If you are going to use inwall speakers you need to make holes or space for speakers in wall at the time of construction of the room or the dedicated space you are going to use for home theatre..after construction you can still do it but way more difficult and time consuming considering in india most home are concrete walls not hollow attic.
