HT + LCD TV Package

I have no clue about which brands are good. Would like to purchase a 40" LCD accompanied by a HT system. Budget about Rs. 1.5 L. Would appreciate some suggestions and more important where do I go to buy them. Would like to add it would be used for movies (30%) music (classical/devotional)(30%) and pravachans/lectures (40%).
