I want to Start a local channel

Hi, i m vick, i live in navi mumbai, and i m a believer in Jesus Christ and i want to start a spiritual channel in navi mumbai, for eg God TV, Its a international channel but i would like to start with local, i had a contract with NMTV a local news channel in navi mumbai, they use to show our half hour program on their channel but now i m willing to start a channel which will be completely for churches in navi mumbai, i want help for this, want to know how and where to start? i shoot video of preaching in my church and also do little bit of editing, in future i would like to have my own channel so trying to prepare things from now.. so please help me in this work..
