Intermittent Buzzing sound from TT

In my Thorens also the grounding wire between platter, tonearm and all metallic contacts were broken due to an internal breaking of the wire which looked ok externally. Only by checking with multimeter, this could be detected. I replaced this wire with a normal wire and everything was good. Earlier my entire table was like an antenna picking up noise.
