Is there something called After Sales Service?
Maybe there is. But when I buy a product I expect there isnt any. Therefore if a product has bad reviews I do no take the risk because it would be taken care of by the warranty.
Do Companies really care about their customers once their product is purchased?
Some do. Many others dont. I am particularly against samsung, reliance. When I bought my Samsung I9000 Galaxy S I was hesitant because if it had gone bad I had no hopes from their after sale service.
Why do companies spend so much on advertising but not on supply chain or spare parts availability?
