Is it possible to convert Sonodyne SCR-2061 to SCR-2065?

It might by silly to ask, but is it possible to convert Sonodyne SCR-2061 Amplideck to SCR-2065 by introducing the Dolby NR Circuit inside it? The Dolby NR Circuit consists of TA7629P IC which might be difficult to get. In that case (to make the Dolby NR circuit manually) what might be the alternate IC?

Long long ago, I had the Uranus I and Dolby NR was not at all fun to listen to, just sharing. It took off all hisses and noises but did something to signal's high-frequencies too, and made the outcome dull, in my opinion. So, unless you have already experienced and liked it, do not bother.
