Is this deal on used Polk HTS10 and ES15 speakers worth it for my first ht setup focused on bass?

I have an offer from someone in my city for a used Polk HTS10 subwoofer for ₹45k and Polk ES15 speakers for ₹25k, both bought at ProFx and used for 2 years. Is this a good deal?

This will be my first home theater setup, and my main priority is deep bass. Since I can't afford an AVR right now (it would take up my entire budget), I’m thinking of using a budget Fosi amp with the Polk speakers and sub until I can save up for an AVR. Does this plan make sense?
