I agree with Hemant...international warranty is better than grey market(no warranty). Atleast you have the option of shipping it back at your cost. Also US warranties are far more honest than our Indian ones where invariably we end up being shown some fine-print in the terms of purchase, etc

Mate , international warrantly is also not so easy in india....friend got a handycam from dubai...faced problems...had to pay additional 2k as servioce charges apart from part replacement cost as the model want launched locally.
