Getting Kaiboer K730i for 12,000/-. Is it good bang for the bucks? Is there a better option and whr to buy from?

How does it perform wrt amd fusion based htpc. One can assemble fusion based htpc for similar money +- 2k.

Experts pls advise with their comparison and also advise on other better options.
