HI ppl....
i am looking for a 5.1 ch system ( HTIB/ AVR with speakers) ....(40 k +10%). Good music, movies, DVD's, i-pod connectivity,DTH, no gaming.

plz help me as this is quite painstaking.....moreover the place where i live it is not possible to audition most of the stuff.......internet is what im relying on so far.....will definetely try auditions.

Does anyone have some input about boston acoustics speakers.??

- U wud just use this for movies?
- Where will u keep it? Room size?
- Is the budget tight? Cause we can go for something which shall sound musically superior also, while it shall play movies too.

- search the net for:
i) entry level Maratz AVR
ii) wharfedale speakers
iii) Do i really need 5 speakers? ..Principle of Quality Vs Quantity works here alongwith ur needs.

Brgs
