Klipsch Promedia 2.1

I want to buy Klipsch Promedia 2.1.

Where can I buy these in India?? (preferably Delhi Ncr)

Please help.

it was available years ago!

I don't klipsch distributes multimedia in india anymore... but you could try KSG Technologies, Pune. They distribute the headphones and ipod docks... maybe multimedia also!

If you want a really cheap 2.1 option... I have a Wharfedale PPS-1 active 2.1 channel system.... the subwoofer is a little cosmetically damaged, but works perfectly. you can always hide the subwoofer.. the MRP of the speakers is still 23K and I will be happy with 1/3rd of that (only because sub has cosmetic damages)!

My son had a pair of these for many years in the US and liked them. I have also heard them and liked them and they were rated quite highly as MM speakers at the time. I think they have stopped offering this now, but I could be wrong.

As you can see from the pictures.... the only cosmetic damage is the peeling off the mica layer from the sides of the subwoofer... and small marks on the sides and back. At the bottom also, because of lying on the floor, there are similar peeling and marks...

Other than that.... it works and sounds perfect. I never tried to install a personal photo in the frame... but there is manual which clearly explains how to do that if required.

P.S... The wood work on the subwoofer can be very easily repaired by a local carpenter as it is only superficial... but, it is not going to make a difference where it actually matters - sound quality!
