As you can see from the pictures.... the only cosmetic damage is the peeling off the mica layer from the sides of the subwoofer... and small marks on the sides and back. At the bottom also, because of lying on the floor, there are similar peeling and marks...
Other than that.... it works and sounds perfect. I never tried to install a personal photo in the frame... but there is manual which clearly explains how to do that if required.
P.S... The wood work on the subwoofer can be very easily repaired by a local carpenter as it is only superficial... but, it is not going to make a difference where it actually matters - sound quality!
