Klipsch Quintet IV or Klipsch Quintet SL

Hi Guys...I am planning to buy a 5.1 surround speaker system and have zeroed in on two systems, the quintet IV and the quintet SL flat panel..Now I am confused which one to get..the review of both seems to be good..do you guys have any suggestions?? Appreciate your help on this
