I am able to get the copper dot general purpose PCB here in Delhi, very easily.
I am sure you would find something that would serve your needs there in Bangalore.

Great so I can finally infer you are using the board WITH copper - it was not apparent from the pics.

But I wonder if these FR2 boards with copper will handle over voltage conditions? Or the copper traces will destruct/separate from the FR2 material?

Which is why I wanted non-copper boards.

Over voltage/heating/corrosion/mechanical load definitely spoils the copper pads.
let me know if you find the copperLESS boards that you are looking for
