Looking for 40/42" LED TV - Non-smart, no 3D. Budget 40-50K
1. Review about LG 42LB5610 esp PQ. I have zeroed on it looking towards IPS panel, LG's trustworthiness and budget.
2. Does LG 42LB5610 have HDMI ARC ? Mentioned HDMI ver 1.4 on LG website. Does not mention whether ARC or not. I want to play movies through USB port of TV and get 5.1 surround sound in Yamaha YHT 196 via HDMI ARC.
3. If 2 is not possible, LG 42LB5610 has a optical out port. Whether TV support 5.1 passthrough optical out to in of YHT 196?
If 2 & 3 both are possible, which is preferable?
I have asked these questions to LG support before 24 hrs but they are yet to reply. [Too technical for them?
