Lines in 47lx6500

Can any one tell me what to do to fix my 47 lg tv that has line in it that look like barcodes. Thanks

Remove all hdmi and other cables and see if the bars are visible. If they are not visible then the problem is with the cables, but if the bars still exists then probably the panel is faulty.
