Packaging is just a newspaper wrapped around the box - just barely holding together. Box seems a bit beat-up and is crumpled at the edges, but the remote seems fine. Will test it in the evening.

I also got the harmony 300 from ebay for 1099, but the packing was just 3rd rate.
I have configured it with my big tv a having some problem with the number buttons. when i press the number button for changing the channel, for each press the number is getting repeated. 1 becomes 11 or 111.
any idea on hoe to overcome this

I have been using Windows 7 x64 for configuring my Logitech Harmony for past 2.5+ years. Just fine! No issues. Thats just an FYI. If someone has got an issue, I can try and get more details of possible help.
I configured following Devices so far.
Sony KF-55E200A
TSky HD+
Onkyo 5105B
Philips DVP 5996K
Extreamer
Xbox 360
Onida Candy (rarely used)

Reason I'm visiting this section, my 525 is slowly dying it seems, all the frequently used buttons have become less sensitive and the activity button is not working now
Has anyone got any idea about how to get it cleaned or something? I hope I can revive it againa and no need to replace.
Is there an option where I can change the Activity key to some other button!
