Looking for older songs ripped from vinyls records

Hi! I am a huge aficionado of the music of the older times. Songs by Lata Mangeshkar and Geeta Dutt are particularly of my liking. I am noticing so many proud owners of vinyl records and stuff out here. I don't have those resources myself, but I would love it if one of you is willing to share songs sourced from those vinyls, provided that they are clear in terms of quality. How to convert Vinyl records into FLAC file ?
I am curious to know. Will it include one ADC(Analog to digital converter), like studio use ?
