Hi,

I have a Nuforce DDA-100 digital amp driving a pair of B&W bookshelves (entry level). I wanted to buy a turntable to listen to a recently found stash of LPs.

Could someone suggest a suitable turntable model, where to buy (Delhi based) and how it could be hooked up to the Nuforce amp.

The Nuforce accepts only digital inputs (USB/ Optical/ Coax and the like).

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the input.

I bought the Pro-ject Debut Carbon DC turntable. To connect with the amp, I was going to buy the "Pro-Ject A/D Phono Box S" but it said you needed a USB connection to the computer to activate the SPDIF port which was to be connected to the Nuforce amp.

So now I am on the lookout for a good phono preamp with a clean no fuss digital output stage. I read about Artproaudio's USB Phono Plus and Rega's Fono Mini A2D MKii. But I have no idea if these will work OK.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.
