Magnat Speakers

guys, i was just going through a few videos in youtube when i came across one with Magnat monitor supreme speakers.. Man!! it was like love at first sight!!
But cant find much info on these monsters online.. Can anyone help me on this
?? The availability in India, the specs, pricing etc??

Though very little information is available but still One store in Delhi NCR is selling Magnat range. In Noida Top Gizmos is selling it. I found it really very clear and musical. It was able to compete and beat Jamo range. I was interested in book shelves so took audition of Magnat Quantam 653 model with Denon 1912 AVR.
Price is Rs. 29000 for a pair.

I have also heard that Magnat is available in a mall in Gurgaon where they have on display an integrated design tube preamp with solid state power amp.

I too saw and heard the Magnat speakers at Top Gizmos, Noida. They are alright (maybe a bit too bright). Magant is a German brand. I also heard the Magnat Combo (CDP, Tube amp...), Interesting. But this company does not have any service yet in India.And they are mainly operating thru distributors. So unless someone has the money to experiment it is better to wait and see the over all response.

I auditioned the Magnat at Top Gizmos with AVR 1312 alongside Tsi400
and i found tsi better bargain at same price...... the magnat did have large drivers but i found something missing in their audio quality..though they sport a solid build but i suppose they are power hungry and it will take a really good AVR to bring the best out of them...after discount price quoted ws close to 23k ...hope this helps....

talk to sanjeev devgun of top gizmos, Noida at 09811066766. He will tell you all that u want to know on Magnat.

You can buy them from Amazon Europe. They end up to be around 22-23k a pair. Or you can buy the JBL E80s for around the same money. Some people on German audio sites rate the JBLs higher than the Magnats.

Strange, Rolls Royce also meets this criteria.

German speakers sound lively... almost too eager, and I guess for the kind of music the pictures portray around the speakers in the video, they might do just fine.

Magnat full stereo set (CD Player + Tube amp + speakers) is available in AV Excellence in Pune. Heard a brief demo,system sounded good, laid back with decent bass.

Now I can brag that my Magnat Interior 5001A is a 40.5K set:lol: I bought it from amazon.de for below 19K. This means you can buy two of them for the Indian price. For the performance they provide, it is overly priced.
