Sound out at Haji Ali Mumbai and Fairdeal at Crawford market are the vendors giving at this price.

SR5009 was for Rs.57000 before dollar price gained as same shop.

Go for the Marantz 5010. It has one feature which no other receiver you mentioned have, that is, the PREOUT.
Moreover, Marantz is a more expensive receiver with premium parts compared to the similarly featured denon 2020. But both the receivers retail for almost same price here in India. So, go for the Marantz.

Go for Marantz SR5009 /SR5010. Its 140W @ 6 ohm ( Dali Zensor is 6 Ohm speaker )
Also the receiver has got 2 HDMI 'monitor' outs.
