Yes, I can confirm available venue - a beautiful bungalow on NIBM road, about 3 km from my place. No neighbours, a 50" plasma (my old one), and a big Dev room attached to a lawn.

Kindly clarify regarding having option of having separate area for 2 channel & HT sessions.

Asking specifically as am having the opportunity of roping in a PJ company to sponsor the HT meet & also show case their much discussed PJ's in our forum
