Minim server DSD 256 playback

Can the minim server play back dsd 256 files over bubble upnp - provided the device is capable? I am able to play only 128, 256 files are not playing back.

Do you have .dsf or .dff extenstion for your dsd files?

AFAIK, to play DSD files from Minimserver, one has to define the mime types in MinimServer. This is done in AdvancedProperties/Advanced/serverOptions with

“mimeType.dsf=audio/dsd, mimeType.dff=audio/dsd”.

minimserver is bit rate agnostic. As long as the device can play DSD512 it will work. There is also transcode option, where minimserver can tell the device to convert DSD/DSF to PCM.

Is it worth going for the paid version? I don't think I will use all the features, but will there be any SQ variations between the two versions?
