Happy with mogami 3103 speaker cable and 2497 interconnects. Drastically improved sound from my previous cables. And as many other said, its not bright at all but neither did i find it dull or with bloated bass. Its just right.

Have you compared these with Belden's?
8477 and 1694

I have mogami 3103 and 3104 both, 3103 sounds thinner compared to 3104 in my system, 3104 is 4 core has noticeably better bass without loss of resolution in my system. Never used 3103 once switched to 3104.

From old times,XLO speaker cable made in USA are extremely good and value for money in used market
Yup.. I agree... But since XLO is solid core copper, it may not suit all set ups... I have used it with MY older B&W 801 Matrix s03 and they were brilliant... but then the same cable became "slow" when used with the Altec.

Cable types also make a difference in different systems... and not just the brand...
