3.Plays most of the formats
4.F.M
4.Can take audio in
I know most of the players have most of the things expect Good SQ and USB

I saw Philips FWD ..it was Okay but costly also

Try the Pioneer PDX Z9 CD/SACD receiver , it has got all the options you have mentioned .Additionally it also got LAN connection.
