Another balancing act must be to choose which one to use from the trio above.

Thanks for the link mate, they are indeed Balanced Outputs. I could only recogonise the 1 headphone jack. Found this in the specs:

Front outputs: 1 four pin balanced, 2 three pin balanced, 1 unbalanced.

rallynut - Yes, long time Head-Fi member. Can back from US to India recently and found this forum. Lot of useful information available here.

santhol2 - I am connecting my PC to my PS Audio Digital Link III DAC through USB, so sound card on my PC doesn't matter.

I will post my headphone pics tomorrow.
