I and Vinay jee (Vinay Arora) compaired this dac With Acoustic Portrait Thiyaga - DAC
Ive found the the NAD Dac is extremely detailed and little brighter, whereas the AP Dac was more neutral and balanced sound.
However, the NAD dac is tremendous feature rich and can work as a digital preamp.
