NAD SR-5 remote

Hi there,
I have NAD 320 BEE Amp which comes with SR-5 remote...
this remote has functions for CDP as well Tuner, just wonder if this remote will work with NAD CDP C540?
I'm getting one pre owned C540 for 8K and this unit doesnt have remote
