Need a 4k Projector under 1.5 Lakhs

Time to replace my FHD BenQw1070 after 6 years of service .
I'm looking at options below 1.5lakhs .
Please suggest me the one to go with
Epson 7100
BenQ tk700 vs BenQTk 700TSI
Optoma UHD35+

These are the ones currently under consideration. Please do advise .
Whats the difference between Tk700 and tk700TSi

Also what's the difference between UHD35 and UHD35+ ?

Like I suggest everyone here on similar queries, increase your budget and look for Epson 9400. Shouldn't be a trouble in Kerala to find one.

Projectors move very slowly there.

On same boat. Even with bigger budget, there are no great options. In my case I am looking for - Long throw native 4K DLP with better native contrast ratio than my existing FHD projector (1500:1). Preferably with LED light source.
Haven't found any. Will wait for a year more for something to appear.
