need advice for setting up new home theatre.

Hi dear friends,
My budget is around 2 to 3 lakhs, The size of room is 14'x18'. My requirement
1.Projector,
2. 50" lcd or plasma tv,
3. Tower speakers,
4. AVR.

I shall be thankfful if you cold suggest the best to my budget along with prices and the dealers in Mumbai or bangalore, Hyderabad.
