Currently have the Sony DAV DZ200
which does not have optical in or coaxial in to route my PC audio (have Creative X-Fi Fatality Champion series card). Now just to start off I am thinking to take an AVR and route the audio for movies and music to the AVR and use the speakers provided by Sony DZ200. Later on wil keep adding proper floorstanders, centre and rear speakers.
Currently have these two offers. Sherwood 6502 for 12990 and Onkyo 3100 for 15990. Onkyo is a kit with speakers.
Please advice if the price is reasonable and the AVR are of decent quality to start with. I am not particular in only these two but any other AVR within 20k would be okay.
